A special lot Guji coffee from Ethiopia, promising strong notes of cherry cordial and jam with a lovely long finish. This is an anaerobically fermented coffee, fermented for more than 72 hours in oxygen-deprived containers to accentuate the complex fruitiness of the coffee.
